摘要
闭式排放系统常用于化工炼油厂、油田终端等领域,主要用于收集装置运行或检修时排放的带有一定压力且易燃、易爆、有毒的介质,如污油、含化学介质的污水等.该系统通常由闭式排放罐、提升泵及配套管线、仪表、阀门等组成.提升泵的作用是将闭式排放罐内介质输送至污水处理厂或污油储罐作进一步处理.本文将对提升泵的不同类型展开比较,以求在闭式排放系统内提升泵的设计选型中,给出一定的参考思路.
Abstract
Closed drain systems are commonly used in chemical refineries,oilfield terminals,and other fields.They are mainly used to collect flammable,explosive,and toxic media discharged during the operation or maintenance of equipment,such as dirty oil and wastewater containing chemical media.The system usually consists of drain sump,lift pumps,supporting pipelines,instruments,valves,etc.The function of the lift pump is to transport the medium in the drain sump to the sewage treatment plant or sewage oil storage tank for further treatment.This article will compare different types of lift pumps in order to provide some reference ideas for the design and selection of lift pumps in closed drain systems.
