摘要
歧化和对二甲苯装置作为上下游互供料装置,为了实现两套装置的独立性及较强的可操作性,一般都设有独立的芳烃组分分离工艺及设备.本文探讨歧化和对二甲苯装置作为联合装置的设计优化及分离方法.并根据精密的计算与设计实现了工业应用应用,提出可行性建议.
Abstract
The disproportionation and paraxylene devices are used as upstream and downstream mutual feeding devices.In order to realize the independence and strong operability of the two devices,independent aromatic component separation processes and equipment are generally provided.This paper discusses the design optimization and separation method of disproportionation and paraxylene unit as a combined unit.According to the precise calculation and design,the industrial application is realized,and the feasible suggestions are put forward.
