摘要
以HPMA、磺酸盐聚合物、BTA和锌盐为原料,研制得到无磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂,通过SEM分析、缓蚀模型建立,研究了无磷复合缓蚀阻垢剂的阻垢缓蚀机理,在碳钢表面形成致密保护膜以缓蚀,成膜满足η=9×10-5c2+0.0039c+0.0237多项式方程;破坏了碳酸钙晶体规则的形状和晶面生长的完整程度,使其产生晶格畸变而产生阻垢作用.
Abstract
Non-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor has been developed by compounding of HPMA、sulphonate polymer、BTA and zinc salt.Through analysis by SEM and model establishment,its mechanism of corrosion and scale inhibition had been studied.The results showed that a dense protective film was formed on the carbon steel surface,The law conformed to polynomials equation η=9×10-5c2+0.0039c+0.0237.The regular shape of calcium carbonate crystal and the integrity of crystal plane were destroyed.the lattice distortion caused scale inhibition.
