Study on the distribution law of local flow field for probe corrosion monitoring in the typical medium environment
In oilfield station pipelines, corrosion perforation occurs from time to time, threatening the safe production of oil and gas fields. Therefore, resistance probes are usually applied to corrosion monitoring of pipelines under different media. In order to improve the effectiveness of corrosion monitoring, this paper investigates the local flow field distribution law of resistive probes under different media environments based on CFD finite element simulation. It is found that the perturbation flow and shear force of the probe with the medium of water reach the maximum, and the maximum shear force of the probe always appears on both sides of the sleeve hole.
