原料罐区异味治理装置排口数据异常原因分析

原料罐区异味治理装置采用"吸附+冷凝+膜处理"工艺处理罐区废气,为满足监管要求,2021年该装置排口数据被接入到在线监测平台进行管控。某段时间内,排口非甲烷总烃在线监测数据异常波动现象,从废气处理过程及在线监测结果异常的角度分析,发现某产品罐顶的甲烷含量异常偏高为直接原因。查装置流程得出,该产品接受器的吹扫介质为甲烷,甲烷溶解在蜡产品中并在罐区不断释放,造成在线监测数据中甲烷浓度超高、非甲烷总烃浓度偏高的异常现象,后将接受器吹扫介质由甲烷改为氮气之后从根本上解决了这一问题。
Cause analysis of abnormal discharge data of odor-treating device in a tank farm
Oil vapoe recovery equipment in raw material tanks adopts the adsorption+condensation+film treatment process to treat tank yard waste gas.In order to meet the regulatory requirements of the government,the discharge data of the device will be accessed to the online monitoring platform for control in 2021.In a certain period of time,the abnormal fluctuation of the online monitoring data of non-methane hydrocarbon at the discharge outlet was analyzed from the perspective of the abnormal process of waste gas treatment and the abnormal online monitoring results,and the abnormal high methane content on the top of a product tank was found to be the direct cause.According to the process of device inspection,the purging medium of the receiver of this product is methane,which is dissolved in the wax product and continuously released in the tank yard,resulting in an abnormal phenomenon of ultra-high methane concentration and high non-methane hydrocarbon concentration in the online monitoring data.After changing the purging medium of the receiver from methane to nitrogen,this problem was fundamentally solved.
