含油废弃物的热解处理技术研究

摘要
热解处理是指在高温条件下,对石油、天然气、固体废物进行高温裂解的过程.这样既能对废物进行高效处置,又能减轻对环境的污染,又能对其中的可再生资源进行循环利用.因此,主要总结了含油废弃物处理技术,并对热解处理技术进行分析,同时结合20万吨油田上废弃物的特点,对热解技术进一步探索,并从环境、技术、经济三个方面给予综合评价.
Abstract
Pyrolysis treatment refers to the process of pyrolysis of oil,natural gas and solid waste under high temperature conditions.In this way,the waste can be efficiently disposed of,the pollution to the environment can be reduced,and the renewable resources in it can be recycled.Therefore,this paper summarized the treatment technology of oil-bearing waste,analyzed the pyrolysis treatment technology,combined with the characteristics of 200,000 tons of oil field waste,further explored the pyrolysis technology,and gave a comprehensive evaluation from three aspects of environment,technology and economy.
