摘要

某蜡油加氢装置在2022年10月2日出现重石脑油氮含量超标,影响下游重整装置正常运行,经过多方面排查,化验分析,最终确定为高压注水中汽提净化水中存在苯胺,其中的有机氮被带入至分馏系统,富集在重石脑油中,导致重石脑油氮含量超标,通过降低汽提净化水用量,最终保证重石脑油氮含量合格.

Abstract

On October 2,2022,the nitrogen content of heavy naphtha in a wax hydrogenation unit exceeded the standard,which affected the normal operation of the downstream reforming unit.After multiple investigations and laboratory analysis,it was finally determined that there was aniline in the striping purified water of high-pressure water injection,and the organic nitrogen in it was brought into the fractation system and dissolved into heavy naphtha,resulting in the nitrogen content of heavy naphtha exceeding the standard.By reducing the amount of striping water,the nitrogen content of heavy naphtha can be guaranteed.
