Analysis of causes of scaling in acid water stripping units and treatment measures
Acid water stripping equipment plays an important role in industrial production.However,scaling problems inevitably occur during its operation,which not only affects the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment,but may also lead to equipment blockage,corrosion and even failure.Based on this,a series of targeted treatment measures were proposed,including improvement of raw material water quality,optimization of water treatment equipment,adjustment of process parameters,and equipment maintenance and management.These measures can reduce the formation of scale,improve the operating efficiency and service life of the device,and provide theoretical and practical guidance for the long-term stable operation of the acid water stripping device.
