Thermal risk analysis of the ODA synthesis reaction
Most of the major fires,explosions and other accidents occurring in China are caused by chemical substances.The primary solution to avoid similar accidents is to conduct risk analysis and study on the problem of thermal runaway.Therefore,it is more and more necessary to explore the chemical reaction process,material transportation and storage in the field of chemical industry.Based on the methodology of thermal hazard analysis,the thermodynamic and kinetic data of 4,4'-disyncectic dipheniline(ODA),the initial temperature and energy amount of exothermic events were evaluated and analyzed.
