Research and application of high grade automobile gasoline blending formula which meets Beijing VIB standard
This paper introduces the research and application of gasoline blending technology for high grade No.95 and No.98 vehicles,which meet Beijing VIB automobile emission standard.In general,the Beijing VIB standard mainly further tightens the indexes such as olefin,aromatics and 50%evaporation temperature in gasoline.Based on the main properties of the existing gasoline blending components,the blending test and analysis were carried out on the existing Beijing VIA 95/98 and Beijing VIB 95/98 respectively.Through the experiment of minor formula in the laboratory,especially the innovative use of gasoline blending components such as pentane oil,the reasonable blending formula was finally determined,which laid a solid foundation for meeting the industrial production of high-grade BeijingVIB automotive gasoline.At the same time,it also greatly improves the blending success rate of high-grade gasoline,reduces the blending cost of Beijing VIB automobile,and meets the relevant production requirements.
