管式井下油水分离技术在海上M油田的应用

针对海上油田部分大液量生产井受平台设备处理限制影响,在高含水阶段产能得不到有效释放的问题,提出了采用管式井下油水分离技术.该技术通过在生产井井下设置油水分离装置,实现油水分离减少井口产出水的目的.以M油田L井为例,通过该技术的应用,油井高峰日产水量减少超1700方/天,有效缓解平台水处理压力及成本,同时,油井生产效率和产能得到有效提升.该技术的成功应用,可为海上类似油田生产井的油水分离提供借鉴.
The application of tubular downhole oil water separation technology in offshore M oilfield
In view of the problem that some large liquid production wells in offshore oil fields are limited by platform equipment processing,and the production capacity cannot be effectively released in the high water cut stage,a tubular downhole oil-water separation technology is proposed.This technology achieves the goal of reducing water output at the wellhead by installing oil-water separation devices underground in production wells.Taking L well in M oilfield as an example,through the application of this technology,the peak daily water production of the oil well has been reduced by over 1700 cubic meters/day,effectively alleviating the pressure and cost of platform water treatment.At the same time,the production efficiency and capacity of the oil well have been effectively improved.The successful application of this technology can provide reference for the oil-water separation of production wells in similar offshore oil fields.
