全水下开发模式单井动管柱作业水下井口成功回接实践

我国从20世纪60年代开始应用深水水下采油树进行水下油气田开发,涉及水下相关作业复杂且费用高.采用动力定位或半潜式锚泊钻井平台再完井或修井作业中,为满足隔水管段井控需求,水下采油树系统专用设备总成THRT(Tubing Hanger Running Tool)需进行水下采油树油管挂和专用工具总成对接,进行回收堵塞器总成,下入水下油管挂专用隔离套总成等施工作业,其中回接时容易引起电液湿式接头损坏,造成回接失败,导致井下复杂情况.本文重点介绍利用实施一系列井筒清洁或井下措施,有效避免井下复杂情况,提升THRT和TH成功回接率,保护水下及地面设备,成功完成目标井作业,在南海东部某海域,已成功实施多口井作业,形成了一定的规模效应.
The successful reconnection practice of underwater wellhead in single well dynamic string operation under the full underwater development mode
Since the 1960s,China has been using deep-water underwater oil and gas production trees for underwater oil and gas field development,which involves complex and costly underwater operations.In the process of using dynamic positioning or semi submersible anchoring drilling platforms for well completion or repair operations,in order to meet the well control requirements of the riser section,the underwater Christmas tree system special equipment assembly THRT(Tubing Hanger Running Tool)needs to be connected to the underwater Christmas tree oil pipe hanger and special tool assembly,and carry out construction operations such as recovering the plug assembly and lowering the underwater oil pipe hanger special isolation sleeve assembly.During the reconnection process,it is easy to cause damage to the electro-hydraulic wet joint,resulting in reconnection failure and complex underground situations.This article focuses on the implementation of a series of wellbore cleaning or downhole measures to effectively avoid complex downhole situations,improve the success rate of THRT and TH reconnection,protect underwater and surface equipment,and successfully complete target well operations.In a certain sea area in the eastern South China Sea,multiple well operations have been successfully implemented,forming a certain scale effect.
