摘要
多刀翼领眼磨鞋磨铣套管浅层侧钻是当前渤海油田低产低效老井井眼重复利用的首选,然而采用常规领眼磨鞋磨却存在着磨铣速度低、金损耗率高、返出铁屑相对不均匀等问题,严重影响了作业成效.为彻底解决此问题,开展了新型领眼磨鞋的优化设计,经过渤海油田实际井的应用,证实了该设计的有效性,具有极好的推广应用价值.
Abstract
In response to the problems of low milling speed,high gold loss rate,and relatively uneven return of iron filings in the reuse process of low production and low efficiency old wellbore in Bohai Oilfield,a new type of collar shoe grinding was optimized and designed.The effectiveness of this design was confirmed through practical application in Bohai Oilfield wells,and it has excellent promotion and application value.
