摘要
针对川渝页岩气水平井侧钻水泥塞难点,通过研制洗油冲洗型前置液和优化水泥浆配方,管内外压差控制、提高顶替效率等配套措施形成了适应深层页岩气水平井侧钻水泥塞固井技术,现场实践14口井,实现了注水泥塞一次性性成功率达100%.
Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty of cement plug in lateral drilling of Sichuan-Chongqing shale gas horizontal Wells,this paper forms the cement plug cementing technology suitable for lateral drilling of deep shale gas horizontal Wells by developing oil-washing pre-fluid,optimizing the cement slurry formula,controlling the pressure difference inside and outside the pipe,improving displacement efficiency and other supporting measures.14 Wells have been put into practice,and the one-time success rate of cement plug has reached 100%.
