摘要
基于智能安全帽,构建了油气管网安全风险管控系统,该系统通过自动跟踪和核查确认人的不安全行为与物品和环境的异常状态,快速发现安全隐患,实时提供安全预警.该系统提供三种应用模式,可实现多种应用场景.在油气管道调度运行、操作巡检、维检抢修作业应用后发现,该系统有效解决了现场信息准确获取、实时预警难题,提升了企业安全风险管控能力.
Abstract
Based on intelligent safety helmets,we constructs a safety risk control system for oil and gas pipeline networks.The system automatically tracks and verifies unsafe behaviors of people and abnormal states of objects and environments,quickly identifies safety hazards,and provides real-time safety warnings.The system provides three application modes and can achieve various application scenarios.After the application of oil and gas pipeline scheduling,operation inspection,maintenance and repair operations,it was found that the system effectively solved the problem of accurate on-site information acquisition and real-time warning,and improved the enterprise's safety risk control ability.
