摘要

对该区穿采空区煤层气井的施工工艺进行了研究,提出了利用氮气施工的钻井工艺,进一步优化了钻井的井身结构以及氮气施工过程中应注意的安全问题,该方法有效地解决了采空区敏感层段的坍塌、掉块、漏失等施工难题.保证了穿采空区煤层气水平井的顺利施工,进一步验证了该钻井技术的可行性,对后续深部煤层气的规模性开发具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract

This paper studies the construction technology of the coalbed methane well in the goaf in the area,proposes the drilling technology of nitrogen construction,further optimizes the well structure of the drilling well and the safety issues that should be paid attention to in the process of nitrogen construction,and effectively solves the construction problems such as collapse,block drop and leakage in the sensitive layer of the goaf.It ensures the smooth construction of the horizontal well of coalbed methane in the goaf,further verifies the feasibility of the drilling technology,and has important guiding significance for the subsequent large-scale development of deep coalbed methane.
