Optimization Technology for Completion Testing of Open Hole Wells in Northwest Oilfield
The mainstream technologies for the development of carbonate reservoirs in Northwest Oilfield currently include segmented transformation,fixed-point sealing and acid fracturing,and liner completion.The optimization of completion testing technology currently used in Northwest Oilfield by the Completion Testing Management Center mainly focuses on the following three aspects:wellbore conditions,mud quality,and completion string optimization.Through statistical analysis of completion failure cases in recent years,the center has established a five dimensional analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the wellbore from dimensions such as wellbore enlargement rate,wellbore curvature,length of open hole section,and simulated wellbore conditions.The center has formulated and implemented the"Management Measures for Quality Control of Drilling and Completion Fluids during Well Completion Operations",and has carried out measures such as conducting a performance assessment of pre drilling mud,developing optimization plans for one well,one policy,and implementing high-quality sealing performance.
