The influence of high-temperature formation on sensor acquisition of drilling fluid parameters and its solutions
The optimization design of rheological parameters of drilling fluid is of great significance for the safety of the entire project and ensuring the high efficiency and quality of drilling.Currently,there is no systematic,scientific,qualitative and quantitative drilling fluid parameter acquisition mode at home and abroad.This study considers that the density and conductivity of drilling fluid will undergo linear changes with temperature.If the temperature is too high,it will cause deformation of the components of the sensor for collecting parameters,which will cause the sensor to emit parameter changes.Therefore,the factor of changes in the performance of the drilling fluid itself is excluded.Analyzed the background environment and influencing factors,combined with testing verification to elaborate on the impact of high-temperature formations on sensor acquisition of drilling fluid parameters and solutions,hoping to provide effective references for the technological development and engineering construction in this field.
