摘要
基于延安能化公司INNOVENE气相法聚丙烯生产技术,通过对生产不同熔融指数的均聚物、无规共聚物及抗冲共聚物进行研究,统计分析出二异丁基二甲氧基硅烷、二异丙基二甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷等不同类型外给电子体对Ziegler-Natta催化剂氢调敏感性的影响,建立简便易算的数学公式,从而可快速估算出不同产品熔融指数对应的反应釜氢气丙烯摩尔浓度比,为生产其他不同熔融指数的产品提供理论和技术依据.
Abstract
Based on the INNOVENE gas phase polypropylene production technology of Yan'an Energy chemical and co.LTD,by studying the production of homopolymer,random copolymer and impact copolymer with different melting index,and analysed influence of different external electron donors such as diisobutyldimethoxysilane,diisopropyl dimethoxysilane and tetraethoxysilane on the hydrogen sensitivity of Ziegler-Natta catalyst,A simple and easy mathematical formula is established to quickly estimate the molar concentration ratio of hydrogen to propylene in reactor corresponding to different product melting index,which provides theoretical and technical basis for producing other products with different melting index.
