摘要
以天然气净化处理过程脱硫工艺及其能量消耗为研究对象,采用HYSYS软件对天然气脱硫单元进行模拟,研究了脱硫装置的关键参数,按照综合能源及单位综合能源计算方法对能量消耗进行了计算.通过对计算结果的分析,提出优化操作参数以达到降低能耗,提高装置运行能效的目的,对类似地面建设工程具有一定的指导意义.
Abstract
The desulfurization process and energy consumption in the natural gas purification process were studied,and HYSYS software was used to simulate the natural gas desulfurization unit.The key parameters of the desulfurization device were studied,and energy consumption was calculated using the comprehensive energy and unit comprehensive energy calculation methods.By analyzing the calculation results,optimization of operating parameters was proposed to reduce energy consumption and improve the operational energy efficiency of the device,which has certain guiding significance for similar ground construction projects.
