摘要

研发了一种用于高温油藏深部调剖的纳米石墨强化酰酚醛树脂冻胶,通过调节纳米石墨、聚合物浓度、交联剂浓度,实现成胶时间和冻胶强度控制.研究表明温度和盐度升高加速冻胶化速度,保证在深部地层中长期稳定.差示扫描量热法确定该冻胶适用温度范围为0~147℃.岩心封堵实验表明,其封堵率和阻力系数分别大于90%和14.

Abstract

A kind of gel-forming time and gel-strength were controlled by adjusting the concentration of nano-graphite,polymer and crosslinking agent.The study shows that the increase of temperature and salinity accelerates the rate of gelling and ensures long term stability of gelling in deep strata.Differential scanning calorimetry was used to determine the applicable temperature range of the gel from 0 to 147℃.The core plugging test shows that the plugging rate and resistance coefficient are greater than 90%and 14,respectively.
