Research on High Gloss and High Impact Polystyrene Materials
High gloss and high impact polystyrene material contains two different sizes and forms of polybutadiene rubber,with a particle size of 0.8～1.0μm.The capsule particles and particle size of m are 1.2～4.4μm.The microporous particles of m,and the average volume particle size of polybutadiene rubber is 1.6～2.2μm.The volume ratio of capsule particles to microporous particles ranges from 1:13 to 1:17,and polybutadiene rubber accounts for 6%to 12.5%of the total weight of polybutadiene rubber and polystyrene.High gloss and high impact polystyrene materials are prepared by continuous bulk method,which have good glossiness and impact performance and can meet key requirements for applications such as stiffness,ductility,and dimensional stability.
