Measures to reduce the olefin content of catalytic stable gasoline in catalytic cracking units
Based on the operation of the 1.3 million tons catalytic cracking unit of Jinling Branch,this paper introduces the problem of high olefin content of catalytically stabilized gasoline,and proposes optimization measures to reduce olefins based on the data and research experience of raw material varieties,process parameters,and product analysis of the unit.The results show that the optimization of raw material properties,the reduction of foreign oil blending,the reduction of reaction temperature,the adjustment of the agent-to-oil ratio,the adjustment of fresh catalyst filling,the improvement of the activity of the regeneration catalyst,the daily optimization of the upper limit of the gasoline final distillation program index control and the control of the lower limit of the stable gasoline vapor pressure can effectively reduce the olefin content of catalytically stabilized gasoline,which provides effective support for the company to blend China VIB gasoline.
