The effective comprehensive utilization of water resources in chemical enterprises
With the increasingly strict control of energy consumption and environmental protection,as a traditional inorganic fluoride salt chemical enterprises,reducing energy consumption,effective utilization of water resources and zero discharge of sewage have become the main theme of chemical production,which is an urgent problem to be solved.According to production practice,based on the production of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid(over 60,000 tons per year),anhydrous aluminum fluoride(80,000 tons per year)and high-purity lithium fluoride(9000 tons per year),this paper summarized and analyzed the current situation of water resources in the production of traditional fluoride salts and the relevant measures to realize the effective comprehensive utilization of water resources,reduce energy consumption and gradually realize zero emission.
