摘要

目前加氢装置反应系统各高压设备的设计压力并没有明确的确定方法和可靠的理论依据做支撑,因此,以API521-2014附录B所描述的典型加氢反应系统压力平衡计算理论为依据,按各个设备的实际压降逐一推算并确定它们的设计压力,编制出的计算书是具有理论性强、应用方便等特点,对相关设计人员确定加氢装置高压系统设备设计压力提供参考且具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract

At present,there is no clear method or reliable theoretical basis to determine the design pressure of each high-pressure equipment in the hydrogenation unit reaction system.This article is based on the pressure balance calculation theory of a typical hydrogenation reaction system described in Appendix B of API521-2014,and calculates and determines the design pressure of each equipment one by one according to their actual pressure drop.The calculation sheet prepared has the characteristics of strong theoretical basis and convenient application,providing reference and guidance for relevant designers to determine the design pressure of high-pressure system equipment in hydrogenation units.
