摘要
石油化工企业中,仪表自动化设备是生产自动化的重要体现,其运行质量和稳定性,直接影响石油化工企业生产稳定性和安全性,要想保证仪表自动化设备正常运行,必须做好故障智能检测.主要分析了石油化工企业仪表自动化设备常见故障问题,研究了石油化工企业仪表自动化设备故障智能检测重要性和应用要点,并着重以调节阀为对象探究了故障智能检测方法,以期对相关工作提供一定帮助.
Abstract
In petrochemical enterprises,instrument automation equipment is an important manifestation of production automation.Its operational quality and stability directly affect the stability and safety of production in petrochemical enterprises.To ensure the normal operation of instrument automation equipment,it is necessary to do a good job of intelligent fault detection.This article analyzes common faults in instrument automation equipment in petrochemical enterprises,studies the importance and application points of intelligent fault detection for instrument automation equipment in petrochemical enterprises,and focuses on exploring intelligent fault detection methods for regulating valves.It is hoped that this can provide some help for related work.
