摘要
针对某海上低渗油藏油井电潜泵故障率高情况,深入研究发现低产电潜泵井生产波动较大,电潜泵叶轮磨损严重,以及部分高含水油井存在出砂和结垢,堵塞流体通道等因素,引起电泵卡泵过载停机,提出改进电潜泵结构、合理生产制度和防垢防砂举措等方法,有效降低了电潜泵井卡泵故障率.
Abstract
In response to the high failure rate of electric submersible pumps in a low-permeability offshore oil reservoir,in-depth research has found that the production of low-permeability electric submersible pump wells fluctuates greatly,the impeller of the electric submersible pump is severely worn,and some high water content oil wells have sand production and scaling,blocking fluid channels and other factors,which cause the electric submersible pump to jam and stop.Methods such as improving the structure of the electric submersible pump,reasonable production system,and anti scaling and anti sand measures are proposed,Effectively reduce the failure rate of stuck electric submersible pump wells.
