对螺旋杆空气压缩机运行故障的及时发现与解决,可确保海洋石油生产的安全稳定.基于此,将螺杆式空气压缩机作为主要研究对象,重点阐述其在运行过程中的常见故障,并采取必要的处理策略,以全面优化设备工作效率,降低故障风险,确保运行稳定性,推动渤海油田的高质量发展实现新跨越.
Abstract
The timely discovery and solution of the screw air compressor operating faults can ensure the safety and stability of offshore oil production.Based on this,the screw air compressor is taken as the main research object,focusing on its common faults in the operation process,and the necessary treatment strategies are taken to comprehensively optimize the working efficiency of equipment,reduce the risk of failure,ensure the stability of operation,and promote the high-quality development of Bohai oilfield to achieve a new stride.
