介绍了国内首次采用RAX-3000型吸附剂的某60万吨/a PX的某芳烃联合装置,其RAX-3000型吸附剂自2013年装填使用以来,到设计使用期限末期吸附剂吸附性能的变化,提出通过调整吸附注水量、严格控制进料中C9+、C10+芳烃、乙苯含量、合理控制二区回流比的方式,能有效保证RAX-3000型吸附剂的性能稳定,优化装置运行,延长吸附剂使用寿命.
Analysis of Long Cycle Operation of RAX-3000 Paraxylene Adsorbent
This article introduces a 600000 ton/a PX aromatics combined unit,which is the first to use RAX-3000 adsorbent in domestic.The adsorption performance of the RAX-3000 adsorbent has changed since its loading and use in 2013 until the end of its design service life.It is proposed that by adjusting the water volume of the adsorbent,strictly controlling the content of C9+and C10+aromatics in the feed,and reasonably controlling the reflux ratio in the second zone,the performance stability of the RAX-3000 adsorbent can be effectively ensured,Optimize the operation of the device and extend the service life of the adsorbent.
