Example of uncertainty evaluation for flash point measurement of automotive diesel oil
According to RB/T214-2017《General RequirementsforInspection and TestingInstitutions for Evaluation of Qualification RecognitionAbility》,inspection and testing institutions should establish and maintain procedures for application of evaluation ofmeasurement uncertainty according to needs,inspection and testing institutions should establish corresponding mathematical models and give cases of evaluation and measurement uncertainty of corresponding inspection and testing capabilities.Inspection and testing institutions are required to evaluate the uncertainty of the test results when carrying out activities such as verification and capability verification.This paper provides an example for evaluating the flash point uncertainty of automotive diesel oil,which can be used for reference by inspection and testing institutions when evaluating the uncertainty.
