摘要

通过特性物质的引入,得到的高抗冲聚苯乙烯(HIPS)树脂其耐环境应力开裂性能(ESCR)提高30%~40%.得到的HIPS比只添加聚异丁烯的HIPS产品在ESCR性能上提高近40%~60%,而比只添加二甲基硅油的HIPS产品在ESCR性能上更提高近200%.在耐环境能力开裂性能大幅改进的同时,保持较佳的分子量和加工性能.产品的重均分子量在180000~220000情况下,有着优良的抗冲性能和拉伸性能,最高可达12~13kJ/m2(ISO 180),低温抗冲击强度(-20℃)可达到8~9 KJ/m2(ISO 180).

Abstract

By introducing characteristic substances,the environmental stress cracking resistance(ESCR)of polystyrene HIPS resin was improved by 30-40% .The obtained HIPS improved the ESCR performance by nearly 40-60% compared to the HIPS product with only polyisobutylene added,and by nearly 200% compared to the HIPS product with only dimethyl silicone oil added.While significantly improving its environmental resistance and cracking performance,it maintains optimal molecular weight and processing performance.The Mw of the product has excellent impact resistance and tensile performance at 180000-220000,with a maximum of 12-13 KJ/m2(ISO 180)and a low-temperature impact strength(-20℃)of 8-9 KJ/m2(ISO 180).
