摘要

通过对某油田注入管道腐蚀失效数据进行分析整理,在深入分析注水、注剂管道腐蚀机理的基础上,通过实验及现场验证,针对温度、流速、溶解氧以及水样矿化度等因素对管道腐蚀速率的具体影响,进一步提出了有针对性的油田注入管道防腐措施建议.

Abstract

Based on the analysis and sorting of corrosion failure data of injection pipeline in an oilfield and the in-depth analysis of corrosion mechanism of injection pipeline and injection pipeline,this paper further proposed targeted anti-corrosion measures for injection pipeline in oilfield based on the specific effects of temperature,flow rate,dissolved oxygen and water sample salinity on pipeline corrosion rate through experiments and field verification.
