In chemical production,pressure vessel is one of the necessary equipment.The main function of pressure vessels is to store,transport or dispose of flammable,explosive,poisonous and harmful substances produced in the chemical industry.Safe use of pressure vessels is not only related to the safety of people's lives and property,but also directly related to national economic development and social stability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the maintenance and management of pressure vessels in chemical plant to reduce the production safety accidents caused by pressure vessel faults.Based on this,this paper will start from the following directions,detailed description of chemical plant pressure vessel common fault causes and treatment strategy,in order to provide some necessary reference for workers.
