摘要

主要阐述齿轮齿条式单作用蝶阀的结构特点、工作原理,阀体部件的设计和计算,不同数量弹簧作用下的转角及试验方法的结果.通过合理设计阀体部件、选择合适的弹簧数量和材质,可以实现阀门在不同工况下的优良性能.气动单作用蝶阀操作简单,主要由阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、齿轮齿条机构和气动驱动装置等部分组成,在渤海油田应用十分广泛.

Abstract

This paper mainly describes the structural characteristics and working principle of the rack-and-pinion type single-acting butterfly valve,the design and calculation of the valve body components,the rotation Angle under the action of different numbers of springs and the results of the test method[1].Through reasonable design of valve body parts and selection of appropriate spring quantity and material,the valve can achieve excellent performance under different working conditions.Pneumatic single-acting butterfly valve is simple to operate,mainly composed of valve body,valve disc,valve stem,rack and pinion mechanism and pneumatic drive device,which is widely used in Bohai oil field.
