摘要

干气转化制氢装置中蒸汽发生器是装置的重要设备,当此设备发生腐蚀泄漏后,应及时进行腐蚀原因分析及处理,并做好处理后的运行监控工作.主要讲述了蒸汽发生器的泄漏原因分析及运行过程中的监控工作,并提出相应的监护措施,从而确保装置的长周期平稳运行.

Abstract

The steam generator is an important equipment in the dry gas conversion hydrogen production unit.When corrosion leakage occurs in this equipment,timely analysis and treatment of the corrosion cause should be carried out,and the operation monitoring work after treatment should be done well.This article mainly discusses the analysis of the leakage cause of the steam generator and the monitoring work during operation to ensure the long-term stable operation of the unit.
