海上油气田螺杆压缩机维修工艺优化

海上某油田(下称油田)LPG压缩机(下称压缩机)为国产两级式双螺杆压缩机,由于燃气量长期波动,压缩机频繁故障.在对机体故障类型及原因进行研究分析的基础上,针对机械密封失效、轴承损坏两个主要原因,进行了设备的五处关键位置装配优化,并结合配合间隙标准化、滑油流程改造.使得近年压缩机良好率保持100%,减少了人力和物料成本,且有效保障LPG产量.同类压缩机和泵也能借鉴相应装配思路,达到举一反三的效果.
Optimization of maintenance technology of domestic screw compressors in offshore oil and gas fields
The LPG compressor(hereinafter referred to as the compressor)in an offshore oil field(hereinafter referred to as the oil field)is a domestic two-stage twin-screw compressor.Due to long-term fluctuations in gas volume,the compressor breaks down frequently.In this paper,the types and causes of the body failure were studied and analyzed,aiming at the two main reasons of mechanical seal failure and bearing damage,the assembly optimization of five key positions of the equipment was carried out,combined with the standardization of the matching clearance,and supplemented by the transformation of the lubricating oil process.In recent years,the compressor good rate remains 100%,reducing labor and material costs,and effectively guaranteeing LPG output.Similar compressors and pumps can also learn from the corresponding assembly ideas to achieve the effect of drawing parallels.
