Innovative application of cable controlled intelligent layered water injection integrated process
The integrated technology of cable controlled intelligent layered water injection is based on the underground intelligent water measuring and dispensing device,which integrates key technologies such as flow meter,control circuit,motor reducer,adjustable water nozzle,and packer sealing inspection.Through real-time monitoring and automatic adjustment control algorithms,the system can accurately control the opening of water nozzles in each layered water distributor,achieving digital and networked management of oilfield layered water injection.The key technologies of this process include the design and function of the water injection column,the composition and function of the surface controller,the development and application of underground control devices such as intelligent water measuring and dispensing devices,high-precision flow meters,and integrated adjustable water nozzles,as well as the sealing and protection technology of power and communication cables.Practice has proven that the integrated technology of cable controlled intelligent layered water injection has shown outstanding performance in improving water injection efficiency,reducing manual intervention,and improving water injection qualification rate.It has achieved significant results in multiple oilfield projects,significantly reducing production costs and improving oilfield development benefits.
