资源化利用优化择形分子筛生产流程

设计了新的资源化回用流程,将影响择形分子筛质量稳定的母液和NaY无法全回用的含硅母液混合后制备成硅铝胶.用该硅铝胶作铝源,通过调变硅铝比、晶化参数及碱硅比合成出质量稳定优异、生产成本低廉的择形分子筛,减少含硅污水外排的同时实现NaY硅利用率提升.
Optimize the production process of shape selective molecular sieve by resource utilization
In this paper,a new recycling process was designed,which mixed the mother liquor which affected the quality stability of the shape-selecting molecular sieve and the silicon-containing mother liquor which could not be fully recycled with NaY.Using the silica-aluminum adhesive as an aluminum source,the shape selection molecular sieve with stable quality and low production cost was synthesized by adjusting the silica-aluminum ratio,crystallization parameters and alkali-silicon ratio,which reduced the effluency of silica-containing wastewater and improved the utilization rate of NaY silicon.
