研究了中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司344万t/a渣油加氢装置B系列近两周期的运行情况,通过对两周期催化剂装填方式、级配优化、反应CAT、床层压差、床层径向温差、原料及热低分产品性质和杂质脱除率等进行对比分析,为渣油加氢装置长周期运转提供理论依据.
Analysis of the influence of catalyst loading and stage matching on the long-term operation of residual oil hydrogenation
The operation of the B-series residual oil hydrogenation unit with an annual capacity of 3.44 million tons at Sinopec Hainan Refining and Chemical Co.,Ltd.in the past two cycles was studied.By comparing and analyzing the catalyst loading method,grading optimization,reaction CAT,bed pressure difference,bed radial temperature difference,raw material and thermal low separation product properties,and impurity removal rate in the two cycles,theoretical basis was provided for the long-term operation of the residual oil hydrogenation unit.
