摘要

永磁涡流柔性传动技术集高科技、节能、环保、低碳排放于一身,为工业生产、节能减排、绿色环保提供了高效益、低能耗的调速解决方案.创造了以气隙传递能量、通过调整气隙大小,实现绿色节能的新技术.真正做到了能量的空中传递,改变了传统的调速理念,在海上某采油平台外输泵的改造中取得了良好的应用效果.

Abstract

Permanent magnet eddy current flexible transmission technology combines high technology,energy conservation,environmental protection,and low carbon emissions,Providing high efficiency and low energy consumption speed control solutions for industrial production,energy conservation and emission reduction,and green environmental protection.Created energy transfer through air gaps and adjusted air gap size,New technologies for achieving green and energy-saving.Truly achieved the aerial transmission of energy,Changed traditional speed control concepts,Good application results have been achieved in the renovation of the export pump on a certain offshore oil production platform.
