摘要

氢能是解决环境污染、资源紧缺问题的重要能源,发展氢能具有深远的战略意义.利用现役天然气管道进行天然气掺氢输送是一种节省建设投资、加速氢能推广利用的有效方法.针对天然气管道掺氢输送中容易出现的管材氢脆、气体分层等问题,提出在输气管道末端场站掺氢、电网和气网耦合的方案和动态掺氢、双压力级制掺氢的工艺措施,为加快天然气与氢能的综合利用提出建议.

Abstract

Hydrogen energy is an important energy source for solving environmental pollution and resource scarcity problems,and the development of hydrogen energy has profound strategic significance.Using active natural gas pipelines for blending transportation of natural gas and hydrogen is an effective method to save construction investment and accelerate the promotion and utilization of hydrogen energy.Aiming at the issues of hydrogen embrittlement and gas stratification that are prone to occur in blending transportation of natural gas pipeline hydrogen,this article proposes the scheme of blending hydrogen at the end station of the gas pipeline,which coupled with the power grid and gas network,as well as the process measures of dynamic hydrogen blending and dual pressure level hydrogen blending.The above measures would accelerate the comprehensive utilization of natural gas and hydrogen energy.
