摘要
针对某项目304L不锈钢碱液管线在投用一周后发生腐蚀泄露的问题,采用金相显微镜和能谱仪等仪器,对已腐蚀不锈钢碱液管线进行一系列理化试验分析,得出造成碱液管线泄露的主要原因,并提出了相应的预防措施.
Abstract
For a project 304L stainless steel lye pipeline corrosion leakage occurred one week after the commissioning of the problem,the use of metallurgical microscopy and spectrometer and other instruments,has been corroded stainless steel lye pipeline to carry out a series of physical and chemical test analysis,resulting in the main reasons for the leakage of the lye pipeline,and put forward the corresponding preventive measures.
