摘要
海上油气生产运营的全过程都伴随着各类安全风险,开展双重预防机制建设对于提升风险辨识能力、强化风险控制措施、落实隐患排查治理具有深远的现实意义.简要介绍了海上油气田开展双重预防机制建设的方法和要点,结合实际案例重点探讨海上油气田"两表一册"管理工具的应用实践,以供同类型海上设施管理人员参考.
Abstract
The entire process of offshore oil and gas production and operation is accompanied by various safety risks.The construction of a dual-prevention mechanism has profound practical significance for improving risk identification capabilities,strengthening risk control measurements,and implementing potential risk investigation and treatment.This article briefly introduces the methods and key points of implementing a dual-prevention mechanism in offshore oil and gas fields,and focuses on exploring the application practice of the"two tables and one book"management tool in offshore oil and gas fields,combined with practical cases,for reference by managers of similar offshore facilities.
