摘要
RPA(Robotic Process Automation)即机器人流程自动化,也被称为企业"数字员工".在分析RPA技术特点与应用价值的基础上,选取行业特点较强的应用场景,剖析了RPA技术在各行各业的落地实践,并针对应用现状与未来展望进行了思考,以期帮助企业增进对RPA技术的认知与了解,推动RPA技术在行业的规模化、普及化应用,赋能数字化转型.
Abstract
RPA(Robotic Process Automation)stands for robotic process automation,also known as enterprise"digital employees".On the basis of analyzing the characteristics and application value of RPA technology,the application scenarios with strong industry characteristics are selected to analyze the implementation practice of RPA technology in all walks of life,and the application status and future prospect are considered,with a view to helping enterprises to improve the cognition and understanding of RPA technology and promote the scale and popularization of RPA technology in the industry.Empower digital transformation.
