Research and Application of Multistage Pressure Plugging Technology
In view of the frequent well leakage in the East China Sea oil and gas field in recent years,according to the geological conditions of the East China Sea,the types and causes of well leakage are subdivided,and two kinds of leakage plugging materials,PF-LCLOCK and PF-BLN,are screened out,and the particle size composition ratio is optimized.According to different leakage rates,multi-level pressure plugging technology is formed.This technology has successfully plugged the malignant leakage with a leakage rate exceeding 30m3/h in S4 of the East China Sea,and the formation pressure capacity exceeds 10MPa after plugging construction,and there is no repeat leakage in the subsequent drilling process,which has a very broad application prospect.
