井口作业控制阀在海上修井作业中的应用

摘要
随着海上油田的不断开发,修井作业的复杂性和安全性要求日益提高.有些油井地层压力高,含气量大,给井控工作带来较大的风险.针对这种情况,研制出一种井口作业控制阀,在修井作业解封生产管柱后后第一时间可建立循环,进行洗压井脱气,有效的保证了井控安全.现场应用表明,该井口作业控制阀操作简单,维护检修方便,具有良好的推广应用前景.
Abstract
In offshore oil field workover operations,after dismantling the Christmas tree and attempting to lift the production string,complex situations such as the string being stuck and unable to move,and the inability to establish circulation during well flushing are often encountered.To address this situation,a wellhead operation control valve has been developed.This device is installed on the wellhead tubing hanger,which can assist in well control,establish circulation and steel wire and cable operation channels,and avoid the problem of hydraulic control pipeline reconnection affecting the pressure test of the ram blowout preventer.The on-site application shows that the wellhead operation control valve is easy to operate and can effectively solve the complex situation mentioned above,with good prospects for promotion and application.
