Research on the Impact of Reservoir Heterogeneity on Oilfield Development
In the process of oil exploitation,reservoir heterogeneity is one of the difficult problems often encountered,which seriously restricts the efficient development of oil fields.Reservoir heterogeneity can be divided into two types:micro heterogeneity and macro heterogeneity.Micro heterogeneity mainly refers to the difference between reservoir pore type and throat type,while macro heterogeneity can be further divided into interlayer heterogeneity and plane heterogeneity.The heterogeneity of the reservoir will produce interlayer interference and single-layer outburst,which make the oil exploitation more difficult.Therefore,in order to improve the efficiency in the process of oil exploitation,it is necessary to solve the impact of the heterogeneity of the reservoir on the development of the oilfield.Based on the analysis of the performance and phenomenon of reservoir heterogeneity,the influence of reservoir heterogeneity on oilfield development is discussed in order to lay a foundation for improving the efficiency and level of oilfield exploitation.
