Analysis of wellbore solidification risk in X well of South China Sea
For Wells with high wax content,in the process of fluid discharge by jet pump,the temperature,velocity of fluid discharge and moisture content of the dynamic fluid directly affect the wax deposition in the wellbore[1].The mathematical model of multi-phase flow in the wellbore is established by software,and the wax deposition and solidification in the wellbore are numerically simulated by three kinds of wax deposition models.By analyzing the inlet temperature of tubing under different injection amounts of dynamic fluid,simulating the transient and steady discharge conditions,and the sensitivity of the well fluid solidification risk,it is predicted that there is a risk of wax deposition in the 1070m pipe section above the jet pump and the location of the tree in well X.The total weight and volume of wax deposition are about 1.6kg and 1850cm3,respectively,and the thickness of wax deposition is about 0.6mm in the tree.It provides an important basis for taking effective measures to restrain wellbore wax formation,remove wax and prevent solidification in the follow-up process of wellbore drainage.
