摘要
针对渤海海上油气管道通球卡堵及相关风险进行了深入研究,提出了一系列的风险应对和应急处置策略,同时就预防通球卡堵问题提出了技术改进建议.
Abstract
In this paper,a series of risk countermeasures and emergency disposal strategies are put forward,and technical improvement suggestions are put forward to prevent the problem of ball blockage in Bohai Sea offshore oil and gas pipeline.
