摘要

围绕石油储罐火灾机理展开分析,以国内外储罐火灾事件作为研究对象,阐述临近储罐的冷却标准以及冷却做法,如健全消防系统、强化消防车辆装备配置,并提出水冷却技术的应用路径,充分利用储罐冷却系统,强化固移结合,为消防灭火救援提供理论支撑.

Abstract

This paper will discuss around the oil tank fire mechanism,the domestic and foreign tank fire events as the research object,near the tank cooling standards and cooling practices,such as sound fire control system,strengthen fire control vehicle equipment configuration,and put forward the application path of water cooling technology,make full use of tank cooling system,strengthen the solid shift,provide theoretical support for fire fighting and rescue.
